Although Brite-Star 765 fits in this gap, the Rite pressing number suggests this is a continuation of the label starting from #763. 764 was probably pressed by Starday but as a continuation of the label and besides, Alvic 764 has already taken its place in the listing. So we're left with a blank for 765 so far (March 2016)

Brite star, owned by Floyd Whitehurst, is a particularly difficult label to get to grips with as the label seems to continue from this number, and some were sent to Starday for pressing in which they farmed out the pressing duties to Rite. The general though here is that this is a genuine Starday Custom, although one or two collectors seem to disagree.

I imagine the auther of both these songs is the ledgendary Rock-A-Billy cat Herbie Duncan of Mar-Vel Records fame.

This is a King Pressing. Matrix in DW (A Side) shows 45-758-A-X1
B side is a great country bopper with some fab "Chet Atkins Style" Git-Fiddling. I have also seen this with a blue label. Not sure which one came first.
