First in a small line of records pressed in and around Louisiana that were published by Bayou State BMI. The labels of these are of a slightly different design, which makes me wonder if the labels were printed elsewhere.
Underneath these labels is a label shot sent from a guy called Apes Ville. This looks more like a Satrday Custom, judging by the label. Which makes me wonder if the green label was a second pressing. It does look newer than the blue label.

The only thing I could find about this record, apart from the fact that the "Pine Mountain Boogie" is an excellent primitive country rocker, is finding a death notice for an Arvel Lewis in Fort Lauderdale, FL - so i'm not even sure if it's the same guy.
